You'll lead engineering teams at the heart of Elliptic's platform, shaping team culture and guiding growth journeys. You'll empower engineers across cross-functional teams, fostering innovation through lean thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 1-1s and performance reviews with engineers
• Help team members establish and follow career development plans
• Oversee hiring process from talent needs to hiring decisions
• Promote knowledge-sharing forums across engineering

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a line manager with mentoring focus
• Adept at coaching team members with constructive feedback
• Familiar with current engineering management best practices
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders to represent teams

• Experience with high-throughput APIs or data visualization tools
• Has managed DevOps engineers or built data pipelines
• Has worked at a company through a scaling phase
