🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations in a highly automated fulfillment center
• Build and develop a strong leadership team of Operations Managers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, IT, HR, Finance, and Transport
• Drive workforce planning and prepare for peak seasons
• Champion safety, structure, and continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics
• Experience leading large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic and data-driven thinking with KPI confidence
• Fluent Hungarian and advanced English
