You'll act as the primary liaison between Field Service Engineers, Planners, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution. You'll proactively escalate and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution. This role builds strong customer relationships through deep understanding of requirements.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Act as primary liaison among Field Service Engineers, Planners, Buyers, and Logistics.
- Proactively escalate and follow up on customer requests via phone and email.
- Process urgent customer order expedites and consignment replenishment.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for customer on-time delivery.
📋 Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
