Responsibilities

  • Oversee progress of engagement in financial statement preparation and consolidation of trial balances
  • Research complex technical accounting topics and identify relevant guidance and SEC rules
  • Write basic technical accounting memos
  • Share knowledge with staff and seniors on financial statements and consolidation
  • Assess accuracy of complex financial statement areas such as SOCF, Equity, and EPS
