💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers deploying Cohere's North platform in customer environments. You'll drive end-to-end deployment in private cloud and on-premises, and own customer success from implementation to delivery. You'll also shape how we deliver AI to enterprises by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA
• Drive end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises
• Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales on delivery strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in additional European languages
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
• Background in enterprise security and compliance
