You'll lead the transformation of lifecycle communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, shifting from transactional to empathetic messaging. You'll craft high-quality copy for campaigns and retention journeys, collaborating with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Insights teams. This highly hands-on role combines creative writing with data-driven strategy to build lasting customer loyalty.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end transformation of lifecycle communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Define and establish scalable tone of voice and brand communication system with senior leadership.
- Craft high-quality copy for campaigns, product messaging, onboarding flows, and retention journeys.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Insights to translate user pain points into narratives.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in creative marketing, copywriting, or lifecycle/CRM roles.
- Proven ability to write compelling copy for email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic messaging and high-quality creative writing.
- Deep understanding of audience development and emotional storytelling.
