As a Senior TAM, you will focus on Workforce Identity, serving as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, building deep relationships, driving product adoption, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive technical expertise in identity solutions (IAM, IGA, PAM, ITDR)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills for complex, multi-faceted issues
  • Experience managing competing priorities and driving resolutions
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customer leadership
  • Familiarity with Okta platform or similar identity management technologies

Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships with customers as a go-to technical advisor and primary point of contact for technical leaders
  • Design identity strategies aligned with customer business objectives and drive product adoption
  • Proactively identify risks, manage technical escalations, and resolve complex problems
  • Advocate for customer needs and secure Okta footprint against competitive displacement
  • Collaborate with customers to expand Okta usage for additional use cases and improved security
