Requirements

• **5+ years** of performance marketing or creative strategy experience.
• Proven experience in **performance creative** with measurable business outcomes.
• Portfolio showcasing **high-performing social campaigns** and video scripts.
• Experience **on-set at video productions** (direction a plus).

Responsibilities

• Generate a high volume of distinct hooks and scripts for every brief.
