You'll lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization at Okta's Auth0 Product Unit, delivering seamless and secure login experiences for billions of requests. Your teams will pioneer AI agent security frameworks and redefine developer experience for the AI era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale engineering organization to meet customer and product needs.
• Lead, mentor, and coach distributed engineering teams.
• Maintain high security, performance, and availability SLAs.
• Continuously ship features, measure results, and iterate.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading SaaS product engineering teams
• 12+ years full-stack software development experience
• 3+ years running large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure
• Deep expertise in securing cloud infrastructure

• Background in agentic experience, authentication, or security
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
