You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ customer portfolio for a SaaS company that powers delivery operations. Your core impact will be driving Net Revenue Retention through expansion, renewals, and churn mitigation. This is a high-ownership role where you'll help rebuild the Account Management function from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Background in Transportation Management Systems or logistics tech
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
