You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ customer portfolio for a SaaS company that powers delivery operations. Your core impact will be driving Net Revenue Retention through expansion, renewals, and churn mitigation. This is a high-ownership role where you'll help rebuild the Account Management function from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Background in Transportation Management Systems or logistics tech
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
