💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Thrust Integration Operations on second shift, ensuring Terran-R hardware is produced safely and on time. You'll lead a team of technicians, driving continuous improvement and production schedules. This role is central to building a reusable rocket from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Integration technicians
• Drive production schedules and resolve bottlenecks
• Partner with manufacturing engineering and quality teams
• Foster culture of safety and accountability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing
• 2+ years supervisory experience over production technicians
• Strong knowledge of assembly, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• Previous aerospace or space hardware leadership
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or MES
