💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day finance and accounting for a pediatric autism care provider, keeping books clean and month-end close on schedule. You'll report to the Director of FP&A and work hands-on with QuickBooks Online, Ramp, and Rippling to process transactions and support reconciliations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and code transactions in Ramp and Rippling before syncing to QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare standard and recurring journal entries with complete supporting documentation.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Support payroll by reviewing runs and preparing journal entries.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable platform.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-entity or multi-location experience.
• Working knowledge of Ramp, Bill.com, or similar AP/expense tools.
• Working knowledge of Rippling, Gusto, or ADP.
