• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
• Ensure mind-blowing experience for patients and customers
• Maintain compliance, facility, and operational soundness

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience including teams of 50+, scheduling, recruiting, performance management
• Financial management experience with full P&L oversight (budgeting, payroll, AR)
• Operations management experience including inventory and facility management
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
