You will scale content production and growth output by building AI-driven pipelines for paid acquisition, organic social, and multi-market localization. Your role focuses on high-velocity execution using automation tools and AI creative platforms to multiply content volume across all channels.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms (Arcads, Runway, Sora) and no-code automation tools (OpenClaw, Claude, n8n, Make.com)
• Comfort working at high velocity across paid, social, and multi-market content with brand consistency
• Familiarity with AI-powered localization, multi-format adaptation, and social media tools
• Basic Python knowledge or scripting ability to extend automation workflows
• Advanced English and Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

• Build and operate no-code/AI workflows using tools like Arcads, Runway, Sora for creative production
• Use automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier) to streamline production, versioning, distribution
• Scale winning concepts into multiple formats, ratios, hooks, and variations
• Scale content into localized variants for Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia
• Implement automated social media scheduling, publishing, and monitoring pipelines
