You'll build a self-serve ML feature platform empowering teams across Affirm. Your work will directly impact MLEs and decisioning teams by improving data availability and performance. This role offers the chance to own end-to-end feature flows in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics
• Monitor metrics and support on-call efforts
• Participate in hiring and team growth activities

📋 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud technologies
• Ability to write clear, tested, and extensible code

• Experience with ML platforms or feature stores
• Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Experience with large codebases and code reviews
