💼 About This Role

You'll join the Fleet Maintenance team at Carvana, performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our Class 8 trucks and trailers. You'll ensure fleet safety and reliability while working in a supportive environment with clear growth pathways. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Address aftertreatment system issues and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and optimize vehicle performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar
• ASE certifications (two within first 6 months)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Diagnostic skills for diesel engines and electronic systems

• MIG welding experience
