• Map and engage elite talent from global tech hubs
• Own candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews for technical and cultural fit
• Improve hiring workflows and support employer branding initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
