You'll run the operational machine that turns first conversations into funded contracts at an applied biological intelligence company. You'll manage pipeline, government affairs, and proposals end-to-end. This role gives you direct exposure to founders and the highest-leverage customer-facing problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Qualify and prioritize opportunities across federal, lab, and commercial customers.
• Coordinate with lobbyists and track legislative activity.
• Attend conferences and customer meetings to build relationships.
• Project-manage SBIR/STTR, OTA, BAA, and commercial proposals.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth operations, BD, or similar high-tempo role.
• Hands-on experience managing a BD pipeline with dashboards.
• Strong project management driving multi-stakeholder processes.
• Financial and analytical fluency in Excel and pipeline analysis.
