You'll serve as the primary point of contact for practitioners and patients, providing proactive assistance and personalized solutions to ensure their success. You'll troubleshoot issues, recommend product features, and build trust through open communication.

- Collaborate with practitioners and patients via phone, email, and live chat to identify user success opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend product features suited to customer needs
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using support tools and product knowledge
- Build trust through open communication and coordinate with teammates for coverage
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-centric roles, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work every 4th weekend
