  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend product features suited to customer needs
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries using support tools and product knowledge
  • Build trust through open communication and coordinate with teammates for coverage

  • Proven experience in customer-centric roles, ideally in retail or hospitality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work every 4th weekend
