You'll play an active role in delivering and designing technology projects that transform how our clients work while developing new digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create journey maps, service blueprints, and design systems. You'll facilitate workshops and apply research methods to present your findings to clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experience design deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and develop unique design strategies
• Apply research methods such as contextual inquiry and user tests
• Provide on-the-job training on experience design methods

📋 Requirements

• Well versed in experience design with specialties in at least three areas
• Comfortable leading research activities on experience design projects
• Ability to liaise between clients and stakeholders throughout projects
• A portfolio that showcases expertise in digital products – web and mobile
