💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a [solidcore] studio, coaching 11+ classes per week and developing the coaching team. Your core impact is driving studio utilization and retention while fostering a best-in-class fitness experience. You'll also lead community outreach and manage daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 11+ classes per week as lead instructor
• Develop and provide feedback to coaching team
• Lead community outreach and marketing efforts
• Assist with daily studio operations and client concerns

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years group fitness experience
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
