You'll engage one-on-one with patients in a retail dispensary, connecting them with the right cannabis products and methods. As a product expert, you'll play an active role in customer education and safety. This role is the heart of Green Thumb's mission to promote well-being through cannabis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers in a retail cannabis environment
• Educate on products, consumption methods, and safety
• Maintain inventory and process orders
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass background checks including cannabis-specific requirements
• Valid driver's license or state ID

• Previous cannabis knowledge preferred
• Experience with POS systems
• Specialty retail experience a plus
