💼 About This Role

You'll own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. You'll work with clients to transform their sales and marketing processes using conversational marketing. This role operates at the cutting edge of AI-powered sales technology as part of Salesforce's Agentforce era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
• Document technical requirements for Qualified Data Model alignment
• Provide coaching and education on Conversational Marketing adoption
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SaaS)
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
