Description

You will build high-quality applications for a Trade Order Management solution using cutting-edge technologies and AI tools, shaping an industry-defining platform from the ground up. You'll apply trading domain knowledge and quantitative expertise to create solutions where design, strategy, and engineering intersect, while contributing to a collaborative environment rooted in learning and transparency.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience with architecting new products
• Expert level knowledge in Java or Kotlin (preferred) or equivalent
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience applying Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles, automated unit tests
• Strong motivation to adopt new technologies and navigate complex codebases

Responsibilities

• Apply trading domain knowledge and quantitative expertise to create solutions
• Involve in entire software development process from requirements to design reviews
• Shape and optimize tech stack leveraging AWS back-end services
• Participate in creation of developer-based automation for scalable applications
• Advocate design and development best practices and coach/mentor teams
