💼 About This Role

You'll work as part of a team with CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors, and client management on engagements like analyzing financial information and identifying key issues. You'll own projects from start to finish and gain exposure to a wide range of industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze financial information and interview client management
• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions
• Assist with accounting projects and SEC filings
• Research ASC accounting standards and implement process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (or CPA/MBA with experience)
• 2-5 years of public accounting or industry finance experience
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC)
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
