Description

You will lead the recruitment, enablement, and oversight of services partners for hardware installation and implementation, owning program strategy, P&L, and executive partner management. You will drive partner capabilities through strategic initiatives and operational improvements, working cross-functionally with Services and Sales teams to scale our partner network globally.

Requirements

• Experience in partner management or services operations
• Strong strategic analysis and program management skills
• Ability to build programs and processes from scratch
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enable, and oversee hardware installation, implementation, and integration partners
• Own program strategy, P&L, and executive partner management
• Lead a team of Services Partner Managers and Installation Specialists
• Develop partner capabilities through strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with Services and Sales teams to set partner strategy and recommendations
