💼 About This Role

You'll support the CMBS group at KBRA by producing high-quality research, data analysis, and publications. Your work will inform market participants and support the ratings process for commercial real estate transactions. This role offers exposure to structured finance and CRE analytics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development of CMBS and CRE research publications
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and VBA
• Draft and edit CRE and CMBS research pieces
• Produce monthly research reports for market participants

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in CMBS or CRE analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including VBA and AI tools
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CMBS structures and loan-level analysis
• Experience with Trepp database and CREFC Investor Reporting Package
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT
