You will design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications for Roku's Customer Care team, leveraging generative AI and RAG solutions to power intelligent chatbots and self-service workflows. Your work will enhance customer support experiences across global call centers.

Requirements

• 12+ years relevant web development experience
• In-depth experience with React and its ecosystem
• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with AWS, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and npm

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack web applications for multi-region CRM platform
• Define front-end architecture with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for chatbots
• Drive operational excellence in monitoring, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data science team
