You'll manage integration build flow and test operations for Starshield satellites, ensuring every system on the satellite is understood and mission-ready. You'll interface across engineering and technician teams to optimize manufacturing and automation, and drive improvements from lessons learned. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge space technology at a company pioneering human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
• Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures
• Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of professional design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or other programming language
• Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical and/or structural systems
