Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located at cell tower sites, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems. This role involves extensive daily travel and occasional overnights, with a focus on timely responses and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective communication verbally and by email
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call-outs; extensive daily travel required

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
