💼 About This Role

You'll join Base as a field electrician installing and troubleshooting battery systems across the DFW area. You'll be the on-site technical authority ensuring quality and compliance. This role offers hands-on work with a growing clean energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and battery system failures
• Perform rework to ensure installs pass inspection
• Meet inspectors and resolve issues in real time
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews

📋 Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of relevant electrical work with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole-home generators
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews and inspectors
