💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate high-impact relationships between mentee/mentor pairs in New York City schools. You'll provide individual coaching and lead weekly classroom sessions to support post-secondary success. Work with a dedicated team to deepen pair growth and programmatic outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality pair support to ~100 mentee-mentor pairs
• Lead multiple classroom sessions per week for mentees
• Plan and manage monthly events at school site
• Document support notes and maintain timely progress records

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in youth development or education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with facilitation of classroom sessions
• Bachelor’s degree required
