You'll join Carvana's rapidly growing Fleet Maintenance team, working on Class 8 trucks and trailers to ensure vehicle uptime. Your core impact will be performing diagnostics, repairs, and collaborative optimization to maintain a safe and DOT-compliant fleet. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission issues
• Address aftertreatment system repairs and perform regens
• Collaborate with team to maintain accurate records and minimize downtime

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks/trailers
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop-based manuals
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to obtain 2 ASE certifications within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• T-series ASE certifications
• Comfortable with MIG welding
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
