💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer fighting hunger. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role combines customer service with leadership tasks while contributing to meal donations for Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
