Description
You will be a technical leader on the Revenue Engineering team, architecting and building scalable backend and data services that streamline financial workflows for LTK's commissions and payouts. Your work directly supports accurate revenue operations and empowers the Finance and Accounting teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with backend systems and infrastructure
- 5+ years with data architecture and processing tools
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud environments
- Experience with Python, Golang, Docker, AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue), Kafka, PostgreSQL
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction and mentor engineers within the Revenue Engineering squad
- Architect, design, deploy, and operate backend services for revenue processing
- Coordinate technical projects across multiple squads
- Drive engineering best practices and contribute to long-term strategy
- Serve as domain expert for revenue systems and evaluate external vendors
