You'll lead a team of over 100 warehouse employees and team leads in a cutting-edge fulfillment center for an innovative online supermarket. Your core impact is ensuring daily operations run smoothly while driving process optimizations. This role stands out for its balance of operational leadership and strategic projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of team leads and over 100 warehouse staff
• Manage daily operations and prioritize activities during your shift
• Drive site-based optimization projects to improve logistics processes
• Balance 3-4 operational shift days with 1-2 strategic office days

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• First practical experience in a warehouse environment (internship or working student)
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays
