💼 About This Role

You'll provide day-to-day legal support on real estate matters across APAC for a Fortune 100 client. You'll draft, review, and negotiate leases and advise on landlord and facilities matters. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day legal support on real estate matters across APAC.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases for retail, office, distribution, and data centres.
• Advise on landlord and facilities matters including asset management and disputes.
• Support complex cross-border real estate transactions and negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 3 PQE from common law jurisdictions.
• APAC leasing and commercial property transactions experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
