Description

You will take end-to-end responsibility for expanding our clinic network, driving patient and revenue growth. This includes identifying growth opportunities, negotiating practice acquisitions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely, approved, and budget-compliant openings. You will own budget, timelines, and results as an entrepreneur within the company.

Requirements

  • Several years experience in expansion, site development, real estate, or M&A
  • Proven experience managing projects under time pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • High self-responsibility, organizational strength, and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for expanding clinic network and budget ownership
  • Identify and approach doctors for practice acquisitions, pitch concept, negotiate purchase
  • Select and secure suitable practice locations, including lease negotiations
  • Lead entire acquisition and opening process, coordinating internal teams and external partners
  • Manage regulatory processes including approvals and ensure timely, budget-conform openings
