You'll oversee transportation operations and coordinate with site leaders at a Carvana logistics field location. You'll develop site goals, manage route schedules, and ensure workplace safety. This role offers 100% company-paid medical and a full-time salary position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations needs at assigned locations.
• Participate in developing site-specific goals and ensure effective execution.
• Review daily route schedules and address issues with Logistics Planning.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of actual people leadership experience.
• 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience (or Bachelor's degree in a related field).
• Experience leading or developing people, including managing CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience (vehicle transporter, tractor trailer, or equivalent military experience preferred).

• Military logistics experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Experience with GEMBA walks and workplace safety standards.
