You will monitor and analyze systems, respond to incidents, and escalate issues as part of Carvana's Network Operations Center team. This on-site role involves ensuring system health and reliability.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years supporting enterprise environments with at least 1 year in Senior Service Desk role
  • Basic skills with monitoring tools like PagerDuty, PRTG, DataDog
  • Basic networking principles and protocols knowledge
  • Basic skills with Windows Server, Desktop support, and Active Directory
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze existing systems and services
  • Resolve alerts within defined SLAs using runbooks
  • Respond to incidents and maintain service health
  • Measure availability, latency, and overall system health
  • Participate in critical bridge calls as Major Incident Commander
