Description
You will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, focusing on retention, client satisfaction, and upselling additional services. You'll proactively address client issues, communicate product value, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related experience supporting a sales organization
- Customer/client service experience required
- Experience responding to high volume of calls and emails
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer journey for assigned portfolio from onboarding to ongoing support
- Proactively identify and address customer issues to minimize churn
- Respond to customer support requests and guide clients on product features
- Identify opportunities to upsell products (e.g., Cash) within portfolio
- Monitor account health metrics and provide insights to leadership
