You'll design, simulate, and test attitude control algorithms for a next-generation satellite constellation. Your work will enable precise pointing and maneuvering for real mission conditions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain 6DOF attitude simulations for ACS design and verification.
- Design, tune, and validate PID, LQR, and optimal control algorithms.
- Implement actuator allocation logic for reaction wheels, torque rods, thrusters.
- Run SIL/HIL test campaigns and analyze performance across cases.
๐ Requirements
- Experience with 6DOF attitude dynamics simulations.
- Hands-on experience with PID, LQR, or optimal control design.
- Experience with SIL/HIL simulation and test environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and MATLAB.
โจ Nice to Have
- BS or MS in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
- Experience developing ACS algorithms for spacecraft or UAVs.
- Familiarity with reaction wheels, star trackers, or IMUs.
