Description

You will lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new merchants, acting as the single point of accountability for customer implementations. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Integration, Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Merchant-facing teams to drive alignment, mitigate risk, and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for high-value accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience managing complex technical multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical integrations
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities and influence decision-making
• Highly detail-oriented with focus on validating outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects from kickoff through 30 days post-go-live
• Build and manage detailed project plans tracking dependencies across multiple teams
• Enforce standardized Go-Live Checklist for high-value accounts
• Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and blockers
• Lead Go/No-Go decision meetings and ensure smooth transition to post-go-live teams
