Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive understanding and inform product innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting or similar role
• Deep familiarity with CMS, composable architecture, modern web development patterns
• Proficiency in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs
• Proven ability to build and scale technical enablement programs
• Excellent consultative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful features and best practices
• Serve as company-wide Contentful subject matter expert and develop prescriptive guidance
• Establish scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to evaluate features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain library of enablement materials and deliver internal workshops
