You'll lead a Core Portal or Verifications team, managing engineers and shaping engineering culture at a fast-growing startup. You'll partner with product to define roadmaps while ensuring high reliability and security in sensitive data handling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor engineers, building an inclusive team.
• Prioritize backlog from inputs across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Run effective planning sessions to align team on goals and priorities.
• Partner with PMs on roadmaps and balance product needs with technical debt.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7+ years as an Engineering Manager or equivalent people leader.
• Previous hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience leading a team from ad-hoc work to clear backlogs and rituals.
• Proven ability to partner with Product from idea to shipped work.

• Experience with security, encryption, or data-protection systems.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code.
