Requirements

• 1+ years customer service experience (hospitality or coffee preferred)
• 18+ years of age
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming and engaging customer service
• Prepare coffee and beverages using world-class equipment
• Complete training on food handling and quality standards
• Monitor and adjust par levels to minimize waste
• Participate in initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty
