🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and community associates
• Resolve resident service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Ensure building upkeep, grounds maintenance, and safety compliance

📋 Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Valid Driver's License
