Description

In this role, you will manage patient access and reimbursement for novel oncology therapies, working directly with healthcare providers and payers to resolve access barriers. Your work ensures appropriate patients can obtain approved treatments while navigating complex payer landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7 to 9+ years experience in oncology field reimbursement, market access, or patient services
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding business KPIs
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Proactively address patient access barriers including prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on patient support programs, coverage, and payer policies
• Report payer trends related to approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams
• Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Maintain rigorous documentation standards to track and resolve access issues compliantly
