You'll work closely with CX Operations to drive efficiency through ad hoc analyses and performance indicators. You'll build dashboards and conduct governance forums across business units. You'll identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making with data.

- Support CX Operations with ad hoc analyses and efficiency insights.
- Track and report customer experience performance indicators.
- Build and maintain dashboards for performance visualization.
- Conduct governance meetings between business and post-sales areas.
๐ Requirements
- SQL proficiency for data extraction.
- Google Suite and Excel skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau).
- Analytical mindset and curiosity.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot).
- Experience with Databricks or PostgreSQL.
