💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create 2D and 3D tooling prototypes for footwear development and production. You'll ensure molds and parts meet technical and aesthetic standards, working with suppliers and factories in Asia. This role offers hands-on impact on non-core footwear projects and direct involvement in manufacturing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and evaluate 2D/3D tooling prototypes with cross-functional teams
• Manage non-core projects and update tooling trackers per timelines
• Collaborate with suppliers and factories on mold creation and trials
• Review and confirm technical blueprints for outsole/midsole components

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomechanics, or related technical field
• 1 year technical 2D experience or 2 years footwear bottom development experience
• Proficiency in 2D CAD software and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of Asian manufacturing processes and supplier collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Rhinoceros / Cadkey or 3D CAD/CAM training
• Familiarity with FEA, FEM, or Crispin software
• Knowledge of CMEVA, IMEVA, PU, TPU materials
